Privacy Policy
1) Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how OG Voice collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when you use our website, application, APIs, and related services.
2) Data We Collect
- Account information: email, display name, password hash, login metadata, and account settings.
- Workspace content: voice recordings, input songs, cover images, generated outputs, and related file metadata.
- Service activity: job states, progress updates, reliability logs, and security/audit events.
- Billing records: credit balance, top-up or package history, and ledger entries.
- Technical data: IP-based security and anti-abuse signals, browser/device diagnostics, and request metadata.
3) How We Use Data
- Provide voice cloning, song generation, file management, and account functionality.
- Authenticate users, protect accounts, prevent abuse, and enforce platform policies.
- Operate queueing, scheduling, retries, and service reliability workflows.
- Process credits, billing operations, and refund/correction requests.
- Comply with legal obligations and handle copyright or rights complaints.
4) Private-by-Default Content Model
OG Voice is built for private user workspaces. Voice models, uploaded source files, and generated songs are not published as a public model catalog by default.
We access content only when needed to operate and secure the Service, investigate abuse, comply with law, or provide user-requested support.
5) Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data only to:
- Infrastructure and hosting providers required to run storage, compute, and job processing.
- Security and fraud-prevention providers for risk mitigation and platform protection.
- Legal authorities where required by applicable law, court order, or lawful process.
6) Retention and Deletion
We apply rolling retention windows and automated cleanup for temporary uploads, generated files, and deleted workspace data. Retention periods may vary by file type and operational need.
Some records (for example billing ledger entries and security audit logs) may be retained longer to meet legal, accounting, anti-fraud, and platform integrity obligations.
7) Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we continuously work to reduce risk and improve protection.
8) International Processing
Your data may be processed in different countries depending on our hosting and processing providers. We use reasonable safeguards and contractual controls where required by law.
9) Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data, and to object to certain processing. You may also request account deletion.
For copyright-related data concerns, see our DMCA & Copyright Policy.
10) Children
The Service is not intended for children under the minimum age required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
