1) Agreement and Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OG Voice, including our website, app, APIs, and related features (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) Private-Only Platform Model

OG Voice is designed as a private workspace platform. Voice models, source recordings, and generated songs are tied to the account that created them and are not published in a public model marketplace by default.

You are responsible for anything you export, download, share, or publish outside OG Voice. If you distribute content externally, that distribution is your decision and responsibility.

3) Eligibility and Account Security

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

4) Your Content and Required Permissions

You retain ownership of content you submit, including voice recordings, song uploads, cover images, prompts, and generated outputs ("User Content"), to the extent permitted by law.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights, licenses, permissions, and legal authority required to upload, process, clone, convert, and use that content. This includes copyright rights and voice/identity permissions where required by law.

You grant OG Voice a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, store, transmit, and transform User Content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service.

5) Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Infringe copyrights, trademark rights, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other third-party rights.
• Clone, mimic, or use a person's voice without lawful permission.
• Create deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, or illegal content.
• Bypass rate limits, abuse infrastructure, reverse engineer core systems, or disrupt platform security.

OG Voice provides general-purpose voice tools. If you clone or generate content using the voice of celebrities, singers, political figures, or any other identifiable person without valid legal permission, all legal and financial responsibility belongs to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OG Voice does not accept liability for such unauthorized use.

6) Copyright and Takedown

OG Voice responds to copyright complaints and may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts when required. For complaint instructions, see our DMCA & Copyright Policy.

We may take action against repeat infringers, including account suspension or termination.

7) AI Output Notice

AI-generated outputs are probabilistic. Output quality, style, and similarity may vary and are not guaranteed to be error-free, unique, or suitable for every purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before any use or publication.

8) Credits, Billing, and Refunds

OG Voice uses a credit-based access model. Credits may be consumed when you start specific actions (for example, voice cloning or song creation). Pricing and usage rates may change over time.

9) Data Retention and Deletion

OG Voice uses operational retention rules and automated cleanup processes for temporary files and generated outputs. Deletion actions may retain limited logs or billing records where needed for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or security purposes.

10) Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal risk, abuse the platform, or threaten security. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11) Service Availability and Changes

We may update features, job limits, model behavior, integrations, and platform settings at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, fixed queue times, or specific throughput.

12) Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OG Voice and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for claims related to the Service is limited to the amount paid by you to OG Voice in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

14) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OG Voice from claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, by additional notice in the product.
