DMCA & Copyright Policy

1) Purpose

OG Voice respects copyright and related rights. This policy explains how rights holders can submit infringement claims and how we respond.

2) Platform Context

OG Voice is built around private user workspaces, not a public voice model marketplace. Even so, users are fully responsible for ensuring they have legal rights to any material they upload or process.

If we receive a valid rights complaint, we may remove content access, stop related jobs, restrict account activity, or terminate accounts in serious cases.

3) How to Submit a Copyright Complaint

Send your notice to aicover324@gmail.com with the subject line "Copyright Complaint".

Please include all of the following:

Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
Description of the material you want removed or disabled, including account and file/job identifiers if known.
Your legal name, contact email, and country/region.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized by the rights holder, agent, or law.
A statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act for the rights holder.
Your physical or electronic signature.

4) Counter Notice

If your content was removed or disabled and you believe it was a mistake, you may submit a counter notice to aicover324@gmail.com with the subject line "Counter Notice".

Please include:

Identification of the material that was removed or disabled.
Your legal name, contact email, and a statement explaining why you believe the claim was mistaken.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your submission is accurate.
Your physical or electronic signature.

5) Repeat Infringer Policy

OG Voice may suspend or terminate accounts involved in repeated or serious infringement claims.

6) Good-Faith Requirement

Submitting knowingly false claims or counter notices may create legal liability. Please ensure all notices are truthful, complete, and submitted in good faith.
