Refund Policy
1) Overview
This Refund Policy explains how OG Voice handles refund requests for credit purchases, top-ups, and billing-related corrections.
2) Credit Purchases and Top-Ups
Except where required by law, credit purchases and top-ups are generally final after purchase. Credits consumed by completed or in-progress requests are non-refundable.
3) Automatic Credit Returns for Platform-Side Failures
If a voice cloning or song request fails to start or is stopped due to platform-side technical failure, OG Voice may automatically return the related credits to your balance.
This automatic correction does not apply to failures caused by content rights issues, policy violations, missing user permissions, or user-side misuse.
4) Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe there was a billing mistake (for example duplicate charge or missing credit balance update), contact us with your account email and transaction details. After review, we may issue a refund, correction, or credit adjustment where appropriate.
5) Request Window
Please submit billing-related refund requests within 30 days of the transaction date. Requests submitted after that period may not be eligible unless required by law.
6) Fraud, Abuse, and Chargebacks
We may deny refunds in cases involving abuse, fraud, account compromise caused by user negligence, or violations of our Terms. Fraudulent activity may result in charge reversal and account restrictions.
7) Policy Updates
We may update this Refund Policy periodically. Material changes are reflected by the effective date and, where appropriate, additional in-product notice.
